Forget it!!

Recently, process team's workload has become heavier. We are getting more and more ridiculous tasks which are not included in our job scope! We not only deal with trial grades schedule, but also DCS issues, process issues, daily monitoring of quality issues, trending and analysis of end product fluid properties, etc. Yet, the head of technical who is stationed in front, away from the plant area, always thinks that the process team sit in front of the PC and do nothing the whole day. We suspect there must be someone behind who "api-apikan" all these, saying the process team has got nothing to do!

Now, we are even asked to take samples from reactor ourselves and test it in order to calculate conversion results. Furthermore, 3 samples taken from the same reactor! Idiot, it would be more practical to take one sample and test the samples 3 times rather than taking 3 samples and test them once per sample! Taking samples from reactor is considered as a very dangerous action, due to the highly hazardous butadiene gas monomer! We have to sample it by wearing the respiratory mask!

I am not going to take the sample myself, I do not want to take the risk. I am not the sampling boy, this is not my job. The most I can do is to test the sample. Taking sample? Forget it!!
