Undoubtedly, it has been a busy and difficult week for me. Starting from the week, I have to be more independent and more decisive. With the absence of SS, I MUST start to stand on my own feet in resolving DCS problems. She is no longer in charge of it although the control room still, sometimes, calls her for help.
At the beginning of the week, I was so busy in arranging the room due to the "invasion" of Jie-jie P. In addition, the control room kept on calling me to solve all kind of DCS problems. And, very strangely, the logics was abit "gila" this week, even the mat salleh also had no solution for it. "Strange, I don't know! Scooby doo!" This was how he answered me. Hahaha....
"Boon, reactor 1 tak boleh jalan initial flush apabila switch to pump B, dia hang la..."
"Boon, reactor 3 tak boleh pull vacuum, boleh tengok?"
"Boon, reactor 2 hang dekat initial MAA charge, dia fail sebab SP low..."
"Boon, pump B pun tripped, boleh force transition initial flush untuk reactor 1 & 10 tak?"
etc.
OMG, macam-macam DCS problems! Since I am still not so familiar with the software and my trouble-shooting ability is not that good, therefore it took me so long to come to the solution. However, all these are actually very good for me, as I could gain the experience to improve my understanding to the system and trouble-shooting skill as well.
In conclusion, I was unable to finish any of my pending reports. Moreover, it is currently end of the month, it is time to submit the monthly report. I still haven't started any single word yet! What a busy and stressful week!
