It is supposed to be a very enjoying two-weeks-boss-less period since the mat salleh boss is on vacation. However, in these two weeks, several uneasy or unhappy situations occurred. Firstly, as per mentioned in the previous post, the bloody old man's disturbance had greatly affected the whole team's working mood. This old man is not only highly irritating but also as stubborn as a rock where he only thinks he is correct, WTF! Secondly, got to know someone who has been scapegoated by his own superior and he is forced to resign from the position. The politics level in this company has, again, further elevated! Sigh... Pity this fellow.
Thirdly, although under the same Technical Dept and headed by the same boss, the fight and accusation between two different sections have never ceased. Shouldn't be more co-operative and working hand-in-hand to find the best solution, instead of bombarding each other?? What's wrong with this dept? Fourthly, someone has tendered the resignation letter and is going to leave the company in 3-months-time. Not because of getting a more attractive offer, but this fellow has been a sinecurist for a few months. This is mainly due to poor managing skills of the bloody shit superior.
